Ampere Beach.
Dipaculao, Aurora, Philippines.
Another Black and White since I’m fond of it these days. Converted with Silver Efex Pro (wish I had the Pro 2).

Time for some documentary shots. This here is Aliya Surf Camp and Resort, and this was where we stayed when we were in Baler, Aurora.
The rooms are basic (nothing fancy) but it’s nice and comfortable and affordable! The place itself is very nice and you could find lots of spots where you could just sit down and relax and unwind. But what’s really good about this place is, according to the name, it’s a good venue for surfing (I don’t really know how to say but I think the waves are good here)! Tried it for one hour and it was fun and I found my body aching allover after. I’d definitely do it again if ever I get to return here. :D

Welcoming the New Year with this one! Haha. Worked on a lot of photos over the break so I’ve got a lot lined up. Here’s to an amazing 2013, hopefully filled with more spectacular photos and experiences!

The Hanging Coffins.
Sagada, Mountain Province, Philippines.
Just came from Sagada! I have so many pending photos to post from recent travels and I’ll go through them one by one during the Holidays. In the meanwhile, I’m posting this one. Sagada’s about 12-14 hours drive from Metro Manila (so long) but the view going there is nothing short of spectacular (I’ll show you in another post).
The scene in the photo is one of the main attractions that gives Sagada its identity. About half an hour trek (with panoramic views of the mountains) would get you to this one. More photos to come!
